VP, Operations

As Vice President of Operations of Eclipse Advantage, Tim Neal is focused on executing the day-to-day needs of our clients, as well as taking care of his Industrial Athletes. Tim brings almost 20 years of supply chain experience, during which he led numerous green-field go-lives, system configuration implementations, and WMS/YMS/TMS platform implementations. His system knowledge is only “Eclipsed” by his passion for continuous process improvement and unparalleled customer service.

Prior to joining the company, Tim held progressive leadership roles with Target and Home Depot, including leading the roll-out of 13 large distribution centers in less than 2 years. Throughout these roles, Tim’s favorite spot remained on the floor, where he could engage with the operations team to ensure all ideas were heard. He received his Bachelor of Business Science Degree in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University, where he also received a certification in Qualitative Business Analysis. He also holds a certification in Lean Six Sigma from Villanova University.
