Does Eclipse IA provide a way for clients and their carriers to review operational data and retrieve copies of their unloading receipts?
Eclipse provides a web-based portal for our clients and their carriers to research individual POs, reprint receipts, save and upload photos of damaged goods, and find information related to the unloading charge, unloading durations and services performed by Eclipse. This tool significantly reduces carrier and vendor disputes on load charges and activities performed at the DC. What type of reporting on DC activity can Eclipse IA provided to their clients?
With the ability to capture over 100+ data elements in real-time, Eclipse can develop “anytime, anywhere” reporting, as well as ad hoc reporting on demand, to meet each client’s specific reporting needs.
